These Terms apply to purchases and bookings made via our website and/or our booking platform.
3.1 Company details

3.2 Scope of services
We operate a self-service, digital Pilates reformer studio. Sessions are delivered through on-screen programs. You are responsible for using equipment safely and following instructions.
3.3 Eligibility (18+ only)
The Studio is 18+ only. By purchasing or booking, you confirm you are at least 18.
3.4 Access, QR codes & “no guests”
- Access is provided via a personal QR code linked to your account.
- No guests. Your QR code/account must not be shared.
- Entry is permitted only for your booked time slot.
3.5 Time slots (60 minutes total)
Each booking is 60 minutes maximum total, including:
- setup, training, cleaning/resetting, and leaving the space.
3.6 Booking rules (all products)
- Booking window: book up to 14 days in advance.
- Active bookings limit: max 3 upcoming active bookings at any time.
- We may suspend booking privileges in case of abuse/manipulation.
3.7 Cancellation policy & fees (all products)
- Free cancellation: up to 12 hours before start time.
- Late cancellation (within 12 hours) or no-show: €5 fee.
3.8 Late arrival
If you arrive late, your session still ends at the scheduled end time. No extension is granted.
3.9 Overstaying / exceeding your slot
You must finish, clean, and exit by the end of your booked slot.
- First overstay: warning
- Next overstay: €10 fee per incident
Repeated overstays may result in temporary suspension of access/booking.
3.10 Safety & house rules
- Non-slip grip socks are mandatory.
- No barefoot training and no outdoor shoes on equipment.
- Use equipment as intended; do not tamper with devices (screens, smart lock, etc.).
- If you feel unwell or in pain, stop training.
3.11 Liability & damages
You are responsible for using the studio safely. You may be liable for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts. Serious or repeated misuse (e.g., QR sharing) may result in suspension/termination.
3.12 Personal belongings
You bring personal items at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss/theft/damage.
3.13 Products & pricing
A) Unlimited Membership
- €109/month (incl. VAT)
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
- Fair use: 1 check-in per calendar day (one session per day)
B) 10-Class Pack
- €159 (incl. VAT)
- Valid for 6 weeks from purchase date (unused sessions expire)
C) Drop-in
- €21.99 (incl. VAT)
- Valid for 3 months from purchase date (expires if unused)
3.14 Right of Withdrawal (14 days) – consumers
If you are a consumer and purchased online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of purchase/contract conclusion, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw:
Email us at contact@laudacestudios.com with a clear statement that you withdraw, including your name and purchase details.
Simple “clean” refund rule
- If you withdraw within 14 days and you have NOT used the service (no check-in / no entry recorded): full refund.
- If you withdraw within 14 days and you HAVE used the service: we refund you minus a pro-rata amount for what has been provided. For services, the 14-day withdrawal applies from contract conclusion.
Pro-rata method (simple):
- Unlimited Membership: daily pro-rata (monthly fee ÷ 30 × days of access up to withdrawal notice).
- 10-Class Pack: unused sessions refunded pro-rata (pack price ÷ 10 × unused sessions).
- Drop-in: if used, no refund; if unused and withdrawn within 14 days, full refund.
3.15 Consumer dispute resolution (VSBG) & EU ODR
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The EU ODR platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025.
3.16 Online cancellation (“cancellation button”)
If you conclude consumer contracts with us online, German law can require an easy online cancellation option (a “cancellation button”).
We will provide cancellation instructions and a digital cancellation option via our website and/or in your account area, and you can always contact us at contact@laudacestudios.com.
3.17 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
